A new feature in the most recent update to OS X EL Capitan is the ability to migrating content from Evernote to Apple Notes. Here what you'll need to get started:
1. A Mac running OS X 10.11.4
2. Evernote for Mac
3. Notes on your Mac, just make sure you're signed in with your iCloud account.
Note : If you want only notebooks, you can right click a notebook in Evernote, select "Export" and the further process is same as described above.

How to Migrate From Evernote to Apple Notes
- Install Evernote for Mac from the Mac App Store and log in to Evernote.
- To migrate everything all at once, click "Edit" at the top of your screen and tap "Select All".
- Click "File" at the top of your screen and tap the "Export Notes"
- On next screen type in a file name, choose file location and select Evernote XML format for the format.
- Once you hit "Save" and see the "Export Complete" dialog, click 'OK'.
- Now launch Notes and click 'File' at the top of your screen and tap 'Import Notes', select the file you saved from Evernote.
