You can even create notes using the app that can subsequently be accessed on the device. You can also manage the phone including taking a backup or updating with the new firmware.

The app has a screencasting option, where in you can replicate your phone’s screen on your PC; useful when you want to display your phone’s content on a desktop or laptop. We tested this feature and it works very well although there was a slight lag.

Overall, the PC Suite is a helpful tool which allows you to completely take control of your phone from PC. Although there are apps like AirDroid which have similar functionality, the Mi PC Suite is tailor made for Xiaomi devices.
